Q. = Question A. = Answer you should receive
Q. Ask what type of cleaning are you getting? Steam, dry etc..
A. Steam Cleaning, (recommended by your carpet manufacturer).
Q. What is included with your advertised price?
A. Pre-treatment and rinse with steamy hot clean water. (Recommended by your carpet manufacturer).
Q. Do you use a truck mount or portable cleaning machine?
A. Truck mount, (more powerful to remove more soils and leaves carpet dry faster). Portables can also clean well it just takes longer to clean and to dry and they have to be brought into the home, sometimes stinky too. Not bashing portables but truck mount is far more superior.
Q. How do you charge for stairs?
A. Each stair case counts as a room. (Not per stair)
Q. Do you have a gas or trip fee that was not mentioned?
A. No, our cost of doing business is rolled into your quote.

ReplyDeleteTheir are many home remedies floating around out their and I will tell you now that if you do not get it right the first time then you take a chance of setting the stain permanently. The best thing to do is let me take a look at it. I use a professional product that neutralizes red die with heat activation. I would be happy to send you enough red stain remover to get it out or remove it for you. Call me and I will personally walk you through it. 817 902 2789. ReplyDeleteDo not know anyone there personally. However call your local carpet cleaning companies and ask if they can patch carpet. If so tell them in square inches how big the stain is and they should be able to give you an accurate bid over the phone. Expect to pay a little more if it is a patterned carpet such as Berber or any other looped pile. Hope this helps.
